Organising the company lunch or dinner often falls to one person, who has to bring the whole team together. To make it easier, at Campisi's we work with a tailored proposal for groups and companies: you tell us the basics about your group and we send you the menu and terms for your date. Here is the information we need, how the proposal works and how to plan for the Christmas season.

What we need to prepare your proposal

To get started, these details are enough:

  • The date and, if possible, an alternative.
  • The approximate number of people. If it is not settled yet, an estimate is fine.
  • Lunch or dinner, and your preferred time.
  • The type of occasion: company lunch, Christmas dinner, a colleague's leaving do, a target reached…
  • Your name and a contact: phone or email.

If you like, add the company name and any useful comments, such as an indicative budget per person.

There is no need to send the menu details or each person's dietary needs in your first message: we will go through them with you while preparing the proposal.

A proposal for every group

No two groups are the same. A small team's informal weekday lunch does not need the same as the whole company's Christmas dinner. The time, the pace, the budget and what each person wants or can eat all change.

That is why we prepare a proposal for each request: the menu and terms reflect your date, your numbers and what you need. And you have it in hand before you decide anything.

How it works, step by step

  1. Send your request from our corporate dinners and group dining in Marbella page or call us on +34 951 21 97 72.
  2. We send you a proposal with the menu and terms.
  3. Your date is secured once you confirm the proposal.

Until then, the request does not hold the date. If you have a particular day in mind, it is worth getting in touch early.

Christmas 2026 lunches and dinners

November and December are the months for company Christmas lunches and dinners. If you are organising your team's, these tips will help:

  • Ask for your proposal early. The date is only secured once you confirm the proposal.
  • Have an alternative date. It gives room to find a day that suits the whole group.
  • Gather the team's needs early: allergies, intolerances and who would prefer halal options.
  • Decide on lunch or dinner. It changes the pace of the celebration and helps us tailor the proposal.

What our kitchen offers

Campisi's is an Italian and Mediterranean restaurant at Marbella's Puerto Deportivo marina. Our menu features stone-oven pizzas, pasta, risottos, paellas (priced per pan for two people) and sharing plates.

For those who prefer it, we have a separate Halal Menu with authentic Turkish cuisine, pizzas, pasta and plancha-grilled meats; all its meat carries its supplier's halal label. For transparency: the stone oven is shared, our main menu includes pork, and the restaurant does not hold its own halal certification and is not a fully halal establishment. If anyone in your group would prefer the Halal Menu, mention it in your request.

Gluten-free pizza base and pasta are available (+€3.50). They are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten and pizzas are baked in a shared oven: not suitable for coeliacs.

If anyone in the group has allergies or food intolerances, let us know: we have detailed information about allergens available.

Celebrating at the office?

If you would rather celebrate at your own premises, our pizza and pasta catering brings chefs who cook fresh pizza and pasta at your event across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. We also prepare sharing boxes, delivered in our own vehicle, for a minimum of 10 people.

Getting here

We are at Real Club Marítimo Marbella 3, at Marbella's Puerto Deportivo marina. You will find the full address and directions on our Contact & Directions page.
