campisismarbella.es is owned by CAMPISIS SL, the company that runs Campisi's Restaurante Italiano y Mediterráneo at Marbella's Puerto Deportivo marina.

This website provides information about Campisi's Restaurante Italiano y Mediterráneo: its menu and prices, the Halal Menu, delivery and takeaway, corporate and group dining, pizza and pasta catering and its campaigns, such as the professionals' discount.

You can also use it to send a table booking request, a request for a group proposal or a request for a catering quote. Submitting a form is neither a confirmed booking nor a contract: your table is confirmed when the restaurant tells you so by phone or email, and the date of a group booking or a catering event is secured once you accept the proposal or quote we send you.

Access to the website is free of charge, apart from the cost of your own internet connection, and implies acceptance of this legal notice. When using the website, you agree to:

• use the website and its content lawfully and in good faith;
• provide accurate information in the forms and not impersonate anyone else;
• not introduce viruses or take any action that could damage, overload or disrupt the website or its systems.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. We keep our menu, prices and service information up to date; if you notice any discrepancy, please check with our staff before ordering.

• Catering: prices are indicative and include VAT. Ingredients, equipment, transport and additional hours are confirmed in your personalised quotation.
• Groups and companies: proposals are prepared on request, based on the date and the number of guests.
• Delivery platforms: orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to each platform's prices and terms, which may differ from those of the restaurant.
• Campaigns: each promotion is subject to the conditions published on its own page.

The allergen information on the website is indicative. If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please let our staff know before ordering. We have detailed information about allergens available.

The website content — texts, photographs, menus, logos, trade name, graphic design and source code — belongs to CAMPISIS SL or is used with its owners' authorisation, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Typefaces. Headings are set in Libre Bodoni, by Pablo Impallari and Rodrigo Fuenzalida, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (opens in a new tab). Body text is set in Campisi Adventor, a renamed derivative of TeX Gyre Adventor (GUST e-foundry), distributed under the GUST Font License, which is the LaTeX Project Public License 1.3c or later; its README file describes the changes from the original and where to get it. Pages in Russian and Arabic also use Jost, Noto Serif Display, Noto Sans Arabic and Amiri, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
