Stone oven
Italian Pizza in Marbella
At Campisi's, at Marbella's Puerto Deportivo marina, every pizza is baked in a stone oven. The menu runs from Italian classics such as Margherita, Capricciosa and Diavola to our house specials: Campisi's, Parma and Burrata.
Our Halal Menu, a separate menu, adds five pizzas made with meat carrying its supplier's halal label.
Stone oven
All our pizzas are baked in a stone oven, both those on the main menu and those on the Halal Menu. The oven is shared by both menus, and we say so clearly on our Halal Menu page, along with how we prepare halal pizzas.
Enjoy them in the restaurant or order them to take away.

How we prepare our dough
Our dough is the base of every pizza and of the pizza bread we use for the focaccia and the Bruschetta Campisi's; for dessert, we serve it with Nutella.
Most pizzas are topped with tomato sauce, made with San Marzano DOP tomato on the Búfala; white pizzas such as the Bianca and the 7 formaggi have cream instead, and the Campisi's has pistachio pesto. Each pizza's card lists its ingredients exactly as they appear on our menu.
If you would like to know more about the dough or a particular ingredient, just ask our team.
Halal Menu options
Our Halal Menu, a separate menu, includes five pizzas: spicy beef sucuk, beef salami, beef pastirma, marinated chicken with peppers, and the Halal Diavola. The meat carries its supplier's halal label, and our pizza chef places these toppings with dedicated gloves and tongs.
Halal pizzas are baked in the same stone oven as the pizzas on our main menu, which includes pizzas with pork. The Diavola on the main menu and the Halal Diavola are different pizzas. The restaurant does not hold its own halal certification and is not a fully halal establishment: we explain everything on our Halal Menu in Marbella page.
