Our services
Two formats: Chef at your event, with pizza and pasta cooked in front of your guests, and Sharing boxes, delivery only. Every chef service includes 3 hours, and the per-person menu is added on top of the chef service.
Your quote is made up of: chef service + per-person menu × number of guests + additional hours + mobile equipment (only if we bring it) + transport.

Gluten-free base: Gluten-free pizza base, +€3.50 per pizza. It is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten and baked in a shared oven: not suitable for coeliacs.
Equipment and hours
Every chef service includes 3 hours. If your event runs longer, each additional hour costs €100 per chef (ingredients not included).
We can bring our own equipment – a portable pizza oven, a pasta station and utensils – or work with the kitchen or pizza oven at your villa or venue. Mobile equipment is only charged when we bring it: €300 for the first 3 hours and €200 for each additional hour. The space the equipment needs will be confirmed in your personalised quotation.
Our health registration and liability insurance cover the service at your event.

- Vegetarian: let us know in the form and we will take it into account when preparing the menu.

Prefer delivery only? Sharing boxes
If you do not need a chef, we deliver pizza sharing boxes in our own vehicle, with no service on site. Minimum order for 10 people, placed 24–48 hours in advance. Choose "Sharing boxes" in the form.
The number and size of pizzas per box, the delivery cost and payment will be confirmed in your personalised quotation. The pizzas in the boxes come from our main menu and are not halal by default: if you need a halal option, let us know and your quote will confirm which pizzas can be prepared with halal-labelled meat.

Tell us what you need and we will send you your personalised quote. The form asks for the format (chef at your event or sharing boxes), the type of event, the date, the number of guests and the location, plus your name, phone number and email.
For a chef at your event you also choose the service, the equipment (we bring ours, your kitchen or "not sure yet") and the duration; for boxes, the box you prefer; and, if any, your guests' dietary needs. Before sending, you will see a summary of your request: our "comanda". Sending the form does not reserve the date: your date is secured once you confirm the quote.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the catering cost?
The live chef service (3 hours) costs from €250 (Live Pizza Chef or Live Pasta Chef) or from €350 (Pizza & Pasta Experience). The per-person menu is added on top of the chef service: pizza menu from €18, pasta menu from €16 and pizza & pasta menu from €25. Each additional hour costs €100 per chef. If we bring our mobile equipment, add €300 for the first 3 hours and €200 for each additional hour. Sharing boxes cost €12 or €15 per person (minimum 10 people).
Example for a 3-hour event with Live Pizza Chef, 20 guests and the pizza menu: using your kitchen, from €250 + 20 × €18 = from €610; with our equipment, from €910.

Is there a minimum number of guests?
For sharing boxes, yes: a minimum of 10 people. For a chef at your event, the number of guests will be confirmed in your personalised quotation.
How far in advance should I book?
Sharing boxes are ordered 24–48 hours in advance. For a chef at your event, the notice needed will be confirmed in your personalised quotation. In both cases, your date is secured once you confirm the quote.
Do you offer a halal option?
Yes, on request: halal-labelled meat. Your quote states which dishes are prepared with halal-labelled meat, as boxes and menus are not halal by default. Campisi's does not hold its own halal certification. At the restaurant, we also have a separate Halal Menu.
Do you offer a gluten-free base?
Yes, for pizza only and on request. Before ordering it, please read its conditions under "Dietary options" on this page, especially if any of your guests has coeliac disease.
