It is a common question when reading our menu: is the paella priced per person? At Campisi's, it is not. The price on the menu is for the whole pan, made for two people. Here are our three paellas for two with their prices, what the menu says about each one and a few tips for planning your booking.

Priced per pan, not per person

On our menu, each paella is served in a pan for two people and has a single price per pan. It is not a price per diner: it is the price of the whole dish.

For example, if there are two of you and you order a seafood paella, the paella costs €31 in total, not €31 each. If there are four of you and everyone wants paella, you can order two pans.

Our three paellas and their prices

Price per pan for two people: seafood €31, chicken €28, vegetables €24. VAT included.

  • Seafood paella (paella de marisco, €31): rice with mixed seafood.
  • Chicken paella (paella de pollo, €28): rice with chicken.
  • Vegetable paella (paella de verduras, €24): rice with vegetables.

The descriptions are the ones on our menu. If you would like to know more about a particular paella before ordering, our team will be happy to help. Following a vegetarian or vegan diet? Before ordering the vegetable paella, ask about all its ingredients, including the stock.

VAT included

All prices on our menu include VAT: the amount next to each paella is the final price of the dish.

How many pans to order

If everyone at the table is having paella, the maths is simple, as each pan is made for two people:

  • Two people: one pan.
  • Four people: two pans, the same or different. One seafood and one chicken come to €59.
  • Six people: three pans. If you want to try all three (seafood, chicken and vegetable), the total is €83.

If you are an odd number, you can order an extra pan or round out the table with other dishes from the menu. Here are a few ideas.

Ideas to round out the table

Paella is a dish for sharing, and it goes well with other dishes on our menu made for the same purpose. Among our sharing plates you will find steamed clams (€14), steamed mussels (€10), Padrón peppers (€7), fried aubergine with honey (€8) and Greek-style fried courgette (€7).

If someone at the table would prefer something else, they can choose from our stone-oven pizzas, pasta or risottos. And for anyone looking for halal options, the Halal Menu is a separate menu: our paellas belong to the main menu.
